I really love this book. I was revisiting some of my Waldorf books and I had forgotten how much useful information this one contained.

In case anyone else is wondering, the author is Sharifa Oppenheimer. I'm only posting that because I wasn't sure if it was the book I was thinking it was from the title, and googling the title turned up a lot of completely unrelated hits.

Yeah, now that you mention it, I think I did read it (and get the same types of search results).

Yes! I love this book & was about to put a review on here about it, as well. Not to mention the useful information, but the pictures are captivating & warm. I also love how there are plenty of quick reminders in the columns so you can flip back to a point for easy reference. My favorite tip was about what to do when neighbors give your kids toys you'd rather they not have. Or how to talk about "caring" for the sickly looking Barbie ("Oh, we should cook a healthy meal for her . . . "). Although, I did wonder why there wasn't mention of summer festivals in that part of the book (itching to know more about St. John's Festival). She's a great author though. Anyone know of other books by her?

What library is it? I just can't believe that I can't find it. Maybe the catalog was having trouble today or something.
