This is a great site that has a food index that provides nutritional information as well as what to look for when buying that food and links to recipes you can make with that food. This has been a favorite site of mine for years and I thought I would share.

Sounds pretty good.  Sour cream is somewhat hard to replace, but I could probably use the coconut yogurt and try it some time.

Honestly, I don't even bother with the sour cream. We never really use it and it seems a waste to buy it for one thing knowing we would not use it all and would end up throwing it away.

Do you not modify recipes? I'm not sure there is anything I cook that I follow the recipe to the T.

I usually don't use recipes.  I guess it just seemed like that much sour cream would make a serious flavor and texture difference.

Bumping this up as the main ingredients are coming into season. I cannot wait to make this, I actually think it is on the menu later this week.
